    Our large stock holdings mean we can ship the same day. Not only that, our gear arrives safely in custom packaging. You can even drop in to see us if you like – we’re always keen to meet new people and talk tech.

    And to make dealing with us even easier, all Trust Panda staff are bi-lingual, happily switching between geek and non-geek, as our customers prefer.

    Like you, we love buying super-smart IT widgets and gizmos online that can do really cool things.

    But what we don’t love is what almost inevitably follows: the long, long wait for delivery from somewhere east of Who Knows Where. You know the kind of thing. Your polite emails to the vendor gradually morph into increasingly aggressive messages until a long-awaited response tells you to be more patient. Then, way, way after you’ve given up hope of ever receiving what you so optimistically paid for, a tiny battered package lands limply on your doormat. By then, you’re so profoundly grateful, you don’t even question why there’s no after-sales service. Sound familiar?

    Super-geek Andrew Chung is the brainchild behind Trust Panda.

    Panda has always been Andrew’s nickname. Well, at least since 1998, and that’s a pretty long time.

    His extreme obsession with pandas aside (he’s even got a panda avatar), Andrew knows the answer to just about anything IT. And if he doesn’t, he’ll get the answer for you.
